Story
Pilgrims Paradise
Some days feel like a gift. Ascending the slopes of Ben Luskentyre, each step lifts my heart a little higher. The land unfolds below in sweeping patterns of colours—turquoise waters shifting with the light, the boundless blue of sea and sky stretching forever. Eagles soar above while only my collie, Mac, and a scattering of hardy sheep share the solitude.
Harris wears its colours boldly—sapphire, indigo, cobalt, cerulean—ever-changing, yet always unmistakably its own. I could stand here for hours, watching the dance of light, held, as always, by the presence of a place that never lets you go.
