Returns Policy

Please note that returns which have not been notified and approved by us will not be accepted. Please also note that special order and personalised prints are not included as part of our standard returns policy.

We guarantee every book and print we ship 100%. Customers in the EU have the right to cancel and return an order within 7 working days. A full refund for the order price, exclusive of shipping costs, may be claimed if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

Returned items must be sent in their original packaging. Books and mounted prints must remain sealed. We regret we cannot accept returns for prints or books where the item has been removed from the protective acetate wrapping.

If you cancel an order, you are responsible for returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item was damaged. In this instance, we will arrange collection and organise a replacement to be sent at our cost. To ensure safe return of the item, we may arrange collection from your address at your cost. Once the item has been collected by our courier, we will assume responsibility for its safe return. When you inform us of your wish to return an item, we will provide a quotation for the collection and if appropriate, take payment by credit or debit card.

Once we have received your returned item, subject to fulfilling the criteria stated above, we will refund the item and delivery charge to the card used for the original transaction.

If you are arranging your own return you must keep proof of sending. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
